Yes! You can make payments online, over the phone, or in person at any location. We even provide a drop-box at each location for after-hour payments. A 'Pay Online' button is located in the top menu of our site for quick and easy access to our payment portal. In order to use our Online Payments systems, you will need to create an online account. To setup your online account, you will need an e-mail address, your account number (located on your rental agreement), your date of birth, and your zip code. If you need to return an item for any reason, it is no problem! You can even re-rent the same or comparable item in the future and pick up your payments right where you left off.
If an item breaks because of any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll repair it quickly and at no additional cost. If offsite repairs are needed, we'll even give you a loaner while you wait.

Yes it can! Although Castle does not submit payment histories to the credit bureaus, we can provide you with a printed history of payments on your account. You can then submit these histories to the credit bureaus and ask that they be reported.
Yes. You can pay any amount above and beyond your minimum weekly payment that you choose.
